donate to support nonprofits in utah
The COVID-19 pandemic poses significant financial risk for Utah’s nonprofit organizations working to assist vulnerable populations and support the cultural vibrancy of our state. UServeUtah has set up a fund that will allocate resources to these organizations to ensure that they can maintain operations as they face an increased need for the services they provide. Your donation will help ease the burden these organizations are facing as we rise to meet this challenge together.
UServeUtah COVID-19 Donations will support nonprofit programming and services throughout the state. Donated funds will support cultural nonprofits and nonprofits focusing on health and human services, etc..
Cultural nonprofit funding decisions will be determined by the Utah Division of Arts and Museums in coordination with their board of directors.
Funding allocations for all other nonprofits will be distributed by the UServeUtah Board of Commissioners in partnership with the Utah Nonprofits Association.
To be eligible to receive funds, an organization must be a registered 501(c)(3) charitable entity with existing programming. The organization must demonstrate a critical need for funds to support infrastructure (i.e. payroll, rent, utilities, etc.) in order to remain open to serve the organizational mission.
