Strengthen or build your organization's volunteer program. Choose this training if your focus is on improving or developing a volunteer program at the organizational level. Organizations that complete the training and submit required evidence items can earn a Volunteer Management Designation (Bronze, Silver, or Gold) recognizing their commitment to high-quality volunteer engagement practices.
Spontaneous Volunteer Management Training
Prepare to coordinate volunteers during emergencies and large-scale events. This training is for local municipalities, emergency management partners, and associated personnel that want to be prepared to effectively manage spontaneous volunteers during disasters.
